i met up with the boyz, and we watched some acrobat types in washington square park.
kate, tommy, jesse.. doing the folded arm acrobat watching dance.
we went into popeyes to use the bathroom so they bought drinks. then learned that there was no bathroom.
"hi i'm kate and i take shoe pictures and they're getting really lame"
we continued the quest for the bathroom.
tommy looked terrified, but ventured to the mens room first. and they all peed. i am not very clever today.
i joined jesse, sean, and tommy from behind the camera in wondering: how DOES one texas new york?
ryen and daniel from ozma are supercool and busted out some tunes for us before the show.
although i look full of rage, i was really just in awe.
rilo kiley was the first band to play.
the guitarist is the kid who played pinsky from salute your shorts, i was so excited.
they really did kick a lot of ass. i cant wait for the cd i ordered to arrive.
ozma played some tunes.
ozma is a very enjoyable band.
they play music that i enjoy.
nada surf rocked out. until then i was unaware of the rocking that was them, but now i know.
i was up really close.
